Mariesha’s Internship Goodbye
Hey guys, it’s me!
Well I have some good news and bad news for everyone… What does everyone want to here first? Don’t worry! I’ll eliminate the stress and choose for you.
Lets start with the bad news… Well, the bad news is I’m headed out of the studio for good; well at least as an intern. However, the good news is it’s because I’M GRADUATING FROM COLLEGE!!! Yes, I’m pretty excited about it if you can’t tell by the all caps. Before I leave, I want to give you guys a little advice. I want to talk to you guys about the “stress chair.” If you don’t want to stress out during one of the canvas painting classes, DO NOT SIT IN THE STRESS CHAIR!!! You are guaranteed to stress out almost immediately. “Where is this stress chair?” you ask. Well I’m going to tell you. If you walk into the studio from the front door, it is the seat on the left side of the room/table all the way at the end near the front where the artists teach. Now, this isn’t really a proven fact that this chair is actually the “stress chair,” but I will tell you that based off observation, everyone seems to stress out every time they sit in that chair. Don’t let this scare you, though because almost every class here at Studio 614 is pretty easy and FUN!
Being able to see everyone do the same project and end up with a different outcome is probably one of the most exciting things to me during this internship, besides my new furry friend by the name of Felix (a fellow intern’s dog). I’m going to miss it here at Studio 614, but I learned and gained so much from this internship and would advise any one looking for a Marketing Internship to look into interning here! TTYL and make sure you all hit up the studio for some pretty bomb classes.
